Direction for Use

1. Before using this product, clean all metal, glass and plastic surfaces with solvent such as isopropanol and clean, oil-and lint-free cloths  
2. To obtain ultimate physical properties, its Base and Curing agent should be thoroughly mixed using an airless mixing system 
3. The cure rate may be adjusted by changing the base-to-curing agent mix ratio from 10:1 to 13:1 by weight; sealant physical properties are not significantly changed over range. 
4. Care should take not to entrap air when mixing the two pastes. If this is unavoidable, the material must be subsequently evacuated. 
5. The joints should be tooled immediately after sealant application to ensure complete substrate contact, which is a requirement for optimum adhesion. 

Application

1. It is particularly suitable as a secondary edge sealant for the manufacture of multipane insulating glass used in structural glazing facades. 
2. It is used for sealing and bonding in building construction and technical/industrial applications. 
3. It can be usedd for wide-span glass panels and Complicated glass wall.

Part A: 180L, 190L, 260kg in drum; Part B: 18L, 19.5L,190L 20kg in pail   Different packages are available. 

Storage and Shelf Life

12 months in unopened packages in a cool and dry storage place at temperatures between +5 oC and 27 oC, humidity between 30% and 70%.

Optimal storage is at the lower half of this temperature range and humidity range.

To prevent contamination of unused product, do not return any material to its original container.
