JB50 polyurethane windscreen adhesive is a high strength, high modulus, adhesive type polyurethane windscreen adhesive, single component, room temperature moisture curing, high solid content, good weather resistance, good elasticity, no harmful substances are produced during and after curing, no pollution to the base material. The surface is paintable and can be coated with a variety of paints and coatings.

PUSAGE/PURPOSE
Can be used for direct assembly of automotive windscreens and other high strength structural bonding.

 

 

Direction for use
1. Remove dust, oil and water from the surface of the substrate with cotton yarn. If the surface is easily peeled off and
rusted, it should be removed with a metal brush at first. If necessary, the surface can be wiped with an organic solvent such as alcohol or acetones.
2. According to the shape of the construction part, the tip of the sealant is cut into a certain shape, and the glue is applied to the construction site by a manual or pneumatic glue gun;
3. The glue bulging in the gap can be smoothed with a scraper or evened with soapy water. If some parts are contaminated by glue, remove them with solvents such as gasolines or alcohol as soon as possible. If the glue has cured, it needs to be cut or polished with a blade.


Cautions
1 ,It should be used up in a day after opening, otherwise it should be kept strictly sealed.
2, in the temperature of 15-35 ºC, humidity 55%-75% RH conditions under construction best.
3 ,When the workpiece to be bonded is heavy or needs to be moved, it needs to be positioned with auxiliary tools (pressure sensitive tape, positioning blocks, etc.) during the curing time.
