JB16 is a one-component polyurethane adhesive with medium to high viscosity and medium to high strength. It has moderate viscosity and good thixotropy for easy construction. After curing, it has high bonding strength and good flexible sealing properties.

Excellent extrudability and thixotropy, non-sag.
Application
It is used for permanent elastic bonding sealing of general bonding strength, such as windshield bonding of small vehicles, bus skin bonding, automobile windshield repair, etc. Applicable substrates include glass, fiberglass, steel, aluminum alloy (including painted), etc.
Direction for use
The bonding surface should be clean, dry, and free of grease and dust. If there is easy peeling rust on the surface, it should
be removed with a metal brush in advance. If necessary, the surface can be wiped with an organic solvent such as acetones.
Depending on the base material and preliminary test results, decide whether to use matching activator and/or primer, and apply according to its technical instructions.
Application
Cartridge: Open the easy-open cover at the back, pierce the film at the mouth of the tube, screw on the matching glue nozzle, and load the glue into the hard packaging glue gun;
Sausage: Put the glue into the soft packaging glue gun and cut off the sealing mouth, attach the matching glue nozzle, and tighten the gun cover;
Barrel packaging: depends on the glue extrusion pump and glue coating equipment;
According to the construction requirements, the glue nozzle is cut into triangles or circles, and glue can be applied in spots
or strips. It must be installed and positioned within the glue surface drying time.
